If you want to change your avatar and kind of stand out from the crowd, find something nobody else has. For instance, my avatar and username is an homage to one of my all-time favorites, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. I could have just used a picture of Steamboat, but I wanted to be a little different. I think my avatar is pretty well-known and people can tell that it's me answering just by a glance at my avatar.

Well since your name is "The Rock" you should keep it a picture of The Rock, if you change your picture to someone else then change your name with it..
