Bad spots!!! can anyone help?

When i am going on a night out and on the night i have a hideous spot i use a face mask (u can make your own ones, but i buy mine in chemists etc.. for like £1) all you gotta do is clean your face with warm water, pat dry add the face mask leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off and your face will be glowing and it really dries the spots up so they dont look half as bad, and then of course apply your foundation and you will be looking fab

Do this on a weekly basis

Biggest piece of advice is not to pick them first off. I would also keep your face nice and clean with a good facial wash (avoid oxy, Clearasil and such , like the plague. There just chemical based, i would recommend Dr Sebagh's break out cleanser) and make sure you are protecting your skin with an oil free spf.

I would make a visit to your GP most importantly, as they can help you. There are some fantastic drugs out there like Roactaine(sp?) etc, if your skin is really bad. If it isn't really bad acne, the above will really help.

try oxy 10 from boots - you have to ask for it. also try a good antibacterial face wash and use this 2-3 times a day. My sons the same - hes 13 and the hormones are raging. This routine is really helping. Its starting to clear up his skin, but its taking awhile so be patient.

Hi, BAD LUCK- I know what it feels like! Me and my brother had this for years then something BRILL happened! We went to the doctors and they prescribed something called 'Zynaret' or something like that spelling (it is pronounced Z-in-ir-it) and it really helps! Ok, you get a few but it is ULTRA fab! Try it! The doctor really does help with scars 2!

When I was a teen my doc gave me a prescription for my back acne, it cleared up my face as well, lol. Docs can help with this stuff.

Go to a dermatologist, there are a million kinds of spots, some are even cancerous.

Without more info as to what the "spots" are, I can't help you. Go see a dermatologist.

Drink plenty of water, It could be what youre eating.
