Whats wrong with my cat?

The main issue is a clear liquid coming out of his butt. He just threw up and has no energy. We took him to the doctor Tuesday and he got put on antibiotics. But since then he got better and then just today he got worst. He's on a diet of rice and chicken(veterinarians orders.) There's no way to get my cat into the veterinarian since its labor day weekend.

Is he going to be ok?

Update:

he has wetted a towel with the liquid so far.

That can be an indication of *severe* diarrhea and needs to see a vet since you're noticing lethargy as well. If your cat gets too dehydrated the kidneys can fail and then there's probably nothing a vet can do. I know it's labor day weekend, but most vets have a number for an emergency clinic you can call.
