Do you think I may be pregnant?

Question

I am trying to conceive. My period is a week late tomorrow. I have been starving when no apparent reason (ie. I had a massive lunch yesterday, had afternoon tea, and was still absolutely starving by 4 o'clock). I have had a little nausea (but I have an anxiety disorder which often causes this as well). My breasts are a little bit more tender than usual, but this often happens surrounding my period. I am also a little bit moody, but also happens with PMS. I have no other signs. I did a HPT, but it came up negative. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. What does everyone think?

Update:

BTW: I know this sounds a bit gross, but had a lot of gas yesterday, also for no apparent reason.

Thanks everyone. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, so I guess I will find out then. I am just thinking that so many different signs may not just be coincidence.

Get a pregnancy test that eather says pregnant or not pregnant. Use 10 of them (i know i know) See which result comes up more often. Use them every half hour or so. Ask your doctor if symptoms still go on. Ask he/she tomorrow thats vital. hey will know about it more than you or i will ever know.

when i was preg an didnt kno i had these cramps like a week o 2 before i was suppose 2 start so i thought i was gnna have it.i had the same signs as if i was having my period but the cramps were a lil stronger.hpt r not always right.

I think you've done everything you can do. Just go to the Doctor tomar..
