How do I evolve Weepinbell and Gloom in Pokemon Diamond?

USE the stone, not HOLD it

soon, they will evolve

note:

-gloom evolves become 2 different poké,

if u use leafstone, it will be a vileplume

if u use sunstone, it will be a bellossom

-usually, poké dont learn new move after evolve using stone. so, make sure ur poke have learnt the moves u want it 2 have before evolving it

the selection thing will say to give or use or throw it away

click on use

then go to weepinbell or gloom and pick them

then it should evolve immediately

you're supposed to use the stones not make them hold them. when you click on the stones in your bag it will say use, hold, etc. click use and click on the pokemon that you're gonna use it on. and you dont have to level it up. i have no idea what website you're going to but that info is wrong. try another source like gamefaqs.com.

Don't make them hold the item, you have to use it on them for them to evolve. Keep in mind that they'll only learn a couple new moves afterwards, so make sure you've taught them everything you want them to learn before you do.

You don't have them hold it and level up you just use it on them. There are alot of bogus bits of information that tell you that the evolution system has been upgraded and all evolutions require a level up but it is not true.

You have to use a leaf stone. You get the shards, and trade it with the guy near this gym in the sea. Mosdeep city.

It can evolve at anytime. Simply use a Leaf Stone on it and you get one Victreebel.

as for your question you don't give them the stone to hold, you use the stone on them

You USE the stone!!!
