Mylecon drops.. my baby was sooo gassy.. oh and i used recieving blankets as burp cloths! My kid would not "dribble" he spat it up.. so i needed something bigger than those tiny burp cloths.

target has this little timer called Itzbeen- its on clearance now. In the beginning when everything was a blurr it really helped to be able to look and see how long it was since a feed, a diaper change, how long a nap has lasted and even the last time he was given tylenol (for pain from a UTI.) Also a pacifier. Thumb suckers are way harder to break than the pacifier.

A baby sling! I honestly don't know how people function without one. You can do everything, and they are right there swaying with your every move and as happy as a clam, while you make a sandwich, do the dishes, brush your teeth...its amazing.
