Is muslim husband's or future husband are controlling?

the thing about muslim husbands is that they have totally different views then from American marriage. apparently women are not equal and should bow down and do everything the man says, including wearing a bunch of scarfs all day everyday until death.

i remember my dad telling me, about the time around 9/11 that he does NOT want me to marry a muslim. i know that sounds pretty harsh, but i would rather marry someone who has the same views and religion as i do.

they are controlling and most people are too politically correct to say it but face the facts, the majority of them dont treat women with very much respect,theres exceptions of course but not many
