At Last

Never felt these feelings,

peace, quiet,

undemanding presence.

Feel it the air,

low grade static,

or is it simply, joy?

Enveloping me,

warm, safe, love.

Didn't know,

that this is what

I'd been searching for.

And here it is.

At Last.
