Of course not! It's your wedding girlfriend and you choose the colors. My bridesmaid dresses are blue leopard print for goodness sakes. Don't listen to what anybody has to say! Just do what you want.

well you can listen to your fiance' lol, but sometimes even that isn't worth it!

Well, I have two comments about that:

    1. It's your (and your fiances) wedding and you can use whatever colors you'd like.

    2. The day of and in pictures it's not going to look like a fall/winter wedding if you use summer/spring colors. Is that alright with you??? My thought process is that if you're choosing a wedding during a time frame that's because you want that kind of wedding.

My advice would be to stay away from pastels but to otherwise pick whatever colors you'd like. Also, don't be afraid to think a little outside the box. Ice blue would still work for a winter wedding even though it's usually thought of as a spring color.

Your going to have some of those people who would frown on spring colors at a winter wedding, but... it's your wedding, what ever you want you should have. This is about you, not your guests. Spring colors always looks lovely in my opinion for a wedding. It isn't a fashion show where you dress according to the season, this is a wedding and it's YOUR wedding. Just remember, this wedding is for you and your husband to remember. Everyone else wont hang on to those memories, only for you to cherish.Congratulations to you both.

You can do whatever you want. It's your wedding, and you can have control over everything involved. If you want to do bright spring colors in the middle of winter, go for it!

You are not required to do anything. Use whatever colors you like since it is your wedding, not someone else's.

No, you don't. I personally like when brides choose themes/colors that go with the season, but that's just my opinion. Do what makes you happy

You make your day something that you will love!! Have whatever colors you want, they will look beautiful no matter what season it is!

    Congratulations and enjoy your day!!!

Do whatever you want because it's YOUR day. I hate when people always try to convince someone to do something because it is "tradition". Just do what you like!

Use whatever you want! Your family might think you're weird for choosing lilac and yellow in December, but does it really matter? 8)

    Good luck!

Get married on a pile of smoked ham if you want. It's your wedding. It's all up to you.
