Yes. They have them for cats as well as dogs.

I use liverwurst. It's cheap, it smells appealing to the dog, easy to find in any grocery store, and if you mold a little ball of it around the pills the dog will eat it without a second thought. I usually have to count my fingers afterwards because even my best behaved dog loses his mind when the liverwurst comes out. Another alternative, though I only recommend it for short-term pilling, is marshmallows. They're sweet - which dogs love, and they're stick so they can't get really eat around the pill. And they're also inexpensive and easy to find. Only problem is that's a lot of sugar so you don't want to use marshmallows if you have to give pills every day for life.
