Where can I find a comparison of hot water heaters?

There are only about three or four makers of water heaters under many different names they are all about the same..as far as heat they use a new foam to hold the heat better..infact most mfgs say using a blanket on the tank will void warranty..We have installed all the makes ...You can try going tankless but that is mega bucks

We just got one of those wall mounted Noritz tankless water heaters and it is awesome. It's more expensive than a regular water heater, but it pays for itself with gas savings over the years. With three kids showering before you, it's nice to have hot water when it's your turn. We had them install it, but if you know anything about plumbing, you should be able to do it yourself. You should look into it.

Look at your local Harware store most likely thats where you will buty it.Then before you buy look online and check out all the information you can. By going to the local store you will know what brands are out there and how much you can afford.
