Does a Rising Body Temperature make you feel hotter?

This seems logical...a rising body temperature would make a person feel warmer than usual, but then why does a fever make a person feel cold?

If you have a fever and are sweating, the evaporation can make you feel a shill because evaporation is a cooling process. Also when you are sick and you have a fever, your hypothalamus, which regulates your body temp, is trying to increase your temp to help fight the infection, so you may shiver to increase your body temp
