why did children cry after a nap?
my 2 year old takes a 2 hour nap and sleeps enough at night but she wakes up from her naps crying a lot does anyone know why?

She probably just doesnt like to get up. Its really normal my son is cranky when he wakes up. Good luck

my 13 month year old wakes up for naps the same way they wake up from naps like that because maybe they are wet or had a bad dream or if you are not in the room the get scared because they dont see you or maybe hungry make sure they eat a snack before naps.

If my toddler takes a nap too late she is a little monster when she gets up. I don't know why but it is only when she takes naps later in the day. Try putting her down a littler earlier and see if that helps.

Well your child is either scared when they wake up because it's dark or they just don't know where they are or they want attention

Well, if you get up for work early, how do you feel? How about whenever you wake up early wheter you have to or not? Not good right? same thing for her.
