Losing Postbaby Belly ?
Okay, so I had a baby 2 years ago, but I still have that ugly pooch from it. I guess it never really bothered me until now. It's just kinda getting old and I wanna be able to wear my old clothes. I've bought some workout videos, do those actually work? What else could I do to lose the weight?

yes it does work . You need to do core exercises. Get your abdominal muscles to do the work in holding up your body.
You also need to cut beer, ice cream, and heavy cheese from your diet. These foods add to the stomach pouch easily.
You stil may have some stretchy skin but not a fat pouch.

You just have to do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day and maybe like 20+mins of core exercises cardio is important
