How will eucalyptus oil affect my cat?

If I spray the rugs and my bed???

    Don't. The oil contains phenols which are toxic (deadly) to cats. Cats lick their paws all the time so they will pick it up on their paws and lick it off and possibly get terribly, terribly ill. In fact, sometimes people use it to repel cats from their gardens and their property.

    It can kill it, along with Tea Tree oil.
