The scientific word is penis, testicles are your balls not the actual penis. For the whole region you can use the word genitalia but that applies to boys and girls

Penis is the scientific word. and testicles are a different thing than penis(they are what is underneath penis).

The scientific name is Penis. Just the shaft, though. We kind of refer to the penis as the whole kit.
