What is he trying to do exactly?
About 4 months ago, this guy from work told me he liked me and that he wanted to get to know me. We've both been taking time to go places and spend time together...he's told me he likes me many times...i like him too. We have a really good time...we trust each other a lot. About 2 months ago he told me that he didn'tt want me to see anyone else. I said I wouldn't if he wouldn't...so we both don't. But I am very confused... I dont know what we have exactly...Im not his girlfriend...but not his friend either...he recently called this a "relationship." Everytime I want to talk about it, he changes the conversation. I decided to kind of give up on it a little...and now more than ever he wants to spend time together...he wants me around a lot more. I really dont know what to think...what do you think I should do??...any advise will be appreciated. thanks.

Sounds like he wants a girlfriend without the title. Alot of guys want this in this day and age. Dont be surprised. If this is something that you cant deal with then let the situation go. I advise you not to mix business with pleasure. The work environment becomes uncomfortable. Then you'll have others getting all up in your business and I'm sure we all have experienced that before. You be upfront with him and let him know exactly what YOU want with/from him. If its not a match then ex the whole idea. This goes back to that old saying, "if the shoe fits wear it". Instead in this case if it doesnt fit go get a Better fit for you. His loss.

If you want to know what is going on with you guys, you need to sit him down and talk about it. If he tries to change the subject tell him that you need to know what is going on between the two of you, because unless you know what exactly is going on you don't know that you want to continue wasting your time if it isn't really going anywhere or if he is not interested. Hopefully that will make him listen. You have a right to know what is going on if you are in an exclusive relationship.

it's kind of funny when you pass the "teen" stages, girlfriend and boyfriend can just sound a bit funny to some people! i would just consider him the guy that you're dating exclusively. obviously he is really into you, he may just find the term girlfriend immature.

He doesn't want a relationship with you...he just wants you for your body. Its sounds like your more of a friend with benefits.

If you want one, with him, you need to use a little cunning, mainly by playing hard-to-get.
