Has anyone here experienced a fallen arch?
Has anyone had a walking cast or surgery for this? I'm in a walking cast at the moment and would appreciate knowing about the experience others have had with this. I'd rather not have the surgery but if anyone has had it I would love knowing how it went and if it helped. Thanks for your input.
Blessings,
Jan
Thank you Saucy. The cast is from my toes up to my knee so it does give me support....constant all the time support. Thank you for your good wishes.

I just make sure to wear good orthotics and good-fitting shoes. It does help quite a bit. I haven't heard about the surgery, nor could I imagine a walking cast gives you any support at all.
I'd try every other method before resorting to surgery. Good luck. I feel your pain!! I hope you get some relief!
