3 yr old puking during the night and than is fine during the day?
Ok so my whole family had gotten this random flue fluke thing a couple of weeks ago and it only lasted a couple hours real severe and than it just stopped, but now my 3 yr old will be perfectly fine for a couple of days and than about every other night he wakes up and pukes and than goes back to sleep and is perfectly fine for the rest of the night and great the next morning, I'm starting to get really worried. What could this be? my husband thinks that maybe its a mental thing and he is dreaming of puking and than it happens?

I would consult a doctor. I saw a show not too long ago about this same scenario and the child was actually having seizures at night that were causing her to vomit. It's unlikely that this is what is wrong but I would rather be safe than sorry and get it checked out.
