How do you work out how much of your weight is muscle?

I know my body fat percentage and BMI, but I'd like to find out how much is muscle

    take your body fat percentage and add 10% to it (about the weight of your muscle), turn that number into a fraction ( ie. 30% would = 0.30) and multiply it by you body weight. This gives you a rough estimate of your non-muscle weight. Subtract this number from your total body weight and you will have your muscle weight.

    (Body Weight) - (Body Weight x [% Body fat + 10% bone]) = muscle
