Sharp right shoulder pain?
I fell asleep on the couch in a weird position. I woke up with a sharp pain on my right shoulder. I took some aspirin and tried to go to sleep in bed, but no position in bed felt comfortable. Any suggestions. I can't sleep.
It might actually be the trapezius and not the right shoulder, but the pain is radiating into the shoulder. I have no movement pain, just a mean static pain that does not go away. I've been icing it for about 15 minutes now.

This depends on further information. The shoulder is a large area- are you having pain in the back of the shoulder, the front, in the actual joint? Will check back for more information.
