I have been googling for a few hours searching for answers to thise question. I have been recently taking ampicillin for a throat infection, however I obtained the medication in bulk without a script overseas a while back (I don't see a point in a paying coinsurance for an office visit and then again for the Rx to resolve a minor illness every now and then, when I can solve it for much cheaper myself)

From what I have read, the penicillin family of drugs share a metabolite with cocaine, benzoylecgonine, therefore causing both to render flags for drug use.

I do find it preposterous that with all of today's technology these tests cause false positives. A 2008 study revealed 3/33 false positives using GC-MS.

Aside from the study, which I was only able to read the abstract ( I am not spending $40 for a journal article), the rest of the stuff out there seems inconclusive since they are often linked to "detox" product websites, whose goal is just to sell their product.

I guess my only worry is when I go for the test tomorrow, they will ask me to show a filled rx script for ampicillin. I am quite paranoid over this and went to rite aid and took a 5 panel home drug test and I passed. However, gc/ms is more accurate.

Can anyone advise?

This is the issue. I was several dozen spreadsheets filled in with dates. I had to import them into another program in order to compile some information, but I was not able to successfully import unless I imported every field as a character field instead of a date field. After the compilation of the data and making some changes, I exported the data back to new excel spreadsheets.

The issue is all field came back in General format. So I basically changed all the date cells from General format to Date format. I then I applied some conditional formatting to all the cells, but realized the results were not showing up as expected. Basically what I found was this.

Just because you format the actual cells, does not automatically invoke the cell to show in the new format. I had to physically going to the cell itself and go to the end of the date and click enter. However, to have to go inside every date cell to click enter to invoke the format from general to date is a pain in the you know what. Is there anyway to get the formatting to take effect without me having to go into every cell to invoke the formatting?

My gf works for a very small employer which does not offer insurance. She just had an unplanned child (mine). I have been insured for over 2 years with no gaps in enrollment. If I marry her and switch to a family plan, will this pregnancy be covered? Are there loopholes for bcbs to now cover this? If so, what are the loopholes specifically? She has just applied to medicaid. So I think it might be better to not marry her until after the child is born. Will medicaid not cover her if they find out who the father is, and he has insurance? I am very frightened here. Please help.

If the combination pill's job is to prevent ovulation and assuming the pill is taken as prescribed, why is ovulation occurring in that approximate 1% of the population? Are estrogen and progesterone concentrations not high enough in modern pills? Did manufacturers of modern pills gamble on the sake of less side effects accompanied by a higher probability for pregnancy?

I went to the ortho and he treated this injure like a minor injury. He said the integrity of the ankle and achilles is fine, but that my calf and ankle muscles and flexibility are poor. He suggested I go do some PT, but that was it. I told him it hurt when I walk and he said it would go away in a few days. But this is unbearable. I took 800mg of advil in one shot and nothing. I called him up and the nurse told me theres not much more to do but avoid walking. This is poor physician quality. He never took an xray. Just examined with his hands. Something is wrong. It can't be expected that I have to walk around in agonizing pain and limping towards the other side. Is this guy's diagnosis even remotely valid?

Is it even remotely possible to get herpes from toilet seats? The most likely scenario is that when I got home Monday I had pretty rough sex with my gf and the skin got irritated and probably started to peel on Tuesday. But the doctor today thinks it could be herpes just by looking at it. Now I'll have to wait for bloodwork for confirmation. Any opinions on any likelihood of this being herpes?

Recently I started consuming blueberries. In the course of a day I would add a small container of them throughout the day to my protein shakes. There was about a week lag from consumption to when I started experiencing severe pain in the bathroom due to constipation.

I have narrowed it down to the blueberries b/c my gf was also consuming the blueberry protein shakes with me after the gym and she had the same issue.

I find it rather surprising there is absolutely nothing on the internet suggesting that blueberries can cause this issue. As a matter of fact, the converse is often shown on websites, suggesting that blueberries can help with constipation.

After doing a search, I know this question has been asked numerous times. The common recommendation is to use a herbacide in the fall (region 1) as this is when most weeds shuttle their nutrients down to the roots through their vascular system. I tried also diggin up some of the bigger weeds and discovered this huge network of undergraound roots all connecting to a bigger 1/2 inch thick root. A 5 x 5 foot region of weeds took 2 hours to dig up and it wasn't just thick roots, there were also micro roots connected to the bigger ones that just consumed the soil. It appears the only solution here is to start from scratch, but the magnitude and maturity of the roots is mind-boggling. Can someone advise?

I was born in Spain and came to the United States at the age of 5. Since then I have been back to Spain for 1-2 months at a time at least a dozen trips. I am from a rural region in Galicia and had always thought most people (excluding those with government jobs) were friendly and nice. Boy was I wrong. I finally had an extended stay in Barcelona and people were absolutely rude. It seems like people in general and not just the customer service in big cities is horrendous. I was treated better in local towns in Bilbao (local loyalists to ETA). Even in Santiago de Compostela they are not rude like those in Madrid and Barcelona. Can someone explain?

I will be on a cruise in a few weeks and we will dock in Palermo for 12 hours. Any suggestions on what to go see?

How often do major retailers have these offers for laptops??? All I can find right now is 0% interest offers for tvs.
