When bones are trying to heal, the body sends and increase amount of blood supply to heal it. Therefore, everything in the surrounding area gets a boost, including hair follicles. It is actually quite common, and generally improves in a few weeks. You don't have anything to worry about.

I had it happen with a leg cast, not as embarrassing for a guy.
It's called localized hypertrichosis. It is a common effect under a cast and the treatments listed for it are camouflage (bleach it) or removal (shave/ wax it) of course if you shave it or wax it you may want to do the other arm to match.
After the cast is gone hair grows normally.

that's going to harm some days after, you ought to do rehab and certain, your arm will be sore, and your pores and skin flaky. you in simple terms isn't able to carry heavy stuff, yet can run. Take it straightforward for a lengthy time period and relax your arm from hardworking some days, that's extra powerful than injure it again. that's going to harm bending your elbow, yet no longer a lot and not in any respect for lengthy, the first days are the worst on your arm. rehab may help.

You no doubt have dark hair normally, but the sun bleaches it out. With the cast on it hasn't received any sunlight. It will be fine.

It is most likely due to no sun exposure. The hair on your other arm has been exposed and it causes the hair to lighten.
If it really bothers you just shave your arms just like you do your legs.
I have been doing that for years.
