Do not put neosporin, go book an appointment asap, it could just be an infection, the second testicle probably hasn't grown in yet.. But don't put any neosporin...the doctor I work with never recomends that to patients becuase they have they'r own products that they use to treat situations like that And cuase neosporin isn't made for consumation yet animals do lick the area so you'll need a different product...just make sure the area is kept clean. It's normal for the animals to lick themselves there afterwards. I've seen some surgeries where the animal wakes up after and licks that area, it's normal.

the licking isn't that big of a deal, he's trying to keep it clean. but if it looks infected then take him to the vet and ask for suggestions. DON'T put neosporin on it.

I would call the vet immediately! Call the vet and make an appointment and also ask them if you can put the neosporin on him.

I am going to take a shot and ASSUME you meant to say blood in the urine. Could be a UTI, if that's the case go immediately to the vet. If it is urine in the urine you are asking about you need to go to a psychologist and you shouldn't have a kitten anyways :) Good Luck

i would call your vet and check with him to see if the antibacterial ointment would be good. he might have to give your kitten one of those little cone things so he can't lick the area,

Keep him from licking it any further.

Call or take him to the vet as soon as possible.

I would take him back to the vet, as this might lead to problems. I hope he's fine. <3
