I am 31 and losing a lot of weight with no change to my routine?

I honestly can't think of any way that I have changed my regular eatinig habits, and my exercise routine, but this year I have dropped almost 30lbs. I feel good, but sometimes I have some really bad fatique days where I just don't want to do anything (also on these days...2 times this year I have trouble eating and feel sweaty with a feeling of mental fatigue as well).

you should get checked out. that happened to a friend (unexplained weightloss) and it turned out they had diabetes.

are you thirsty a lot or have to urinate a lot?

either way, unexplained weightloss should definitely be checked out. i hope you feel better. don't be scared, just make sure that if there is a problem, you get help for it.

Have you been checked for diabetes? Hypoglycemia can cause those fatigue, sweaty feelings and can attribute to weight lose with change in your lifestyle or eating habits.

You should see a doctor to be on the safe side as it can be signs of something wrong to lose weight without trying. Especially with the signs of feeling fatigued. Good luck and con grads anyhow!!
