Ham is the easiest---no fuss & is best served at room temperature. You can buy it already sliced w/ a nice glaze already on top.

However, if you feel creative & want to spend time cooking, you can make meatballs, cocktail wienies, pork BBQ, hamburger BBQ, chix BBQ, turkey BBQ, bratwursts w/ sauerkraut, lil doggies in crescents, the list is endless.

    Happy Christmas & Bon Appetit!

Meatballs! Make a bunch of small meatballs and cook them either in a pan on the stove or in the oven. Make a sauce with a jar of grape jelly and a small bottle of chili sauce (not hot, its like ketchup with peppers in it). Mix this with a little brown sugar and maybe a squirt of lemon juice. Mix together with the meatballs. Can be kept in a slow cooker at work. You can add the little cocktail weenies too.

Just buy a spiral-sliced ham and set it out. Can't get any easier than that!

Or buy frozen meatballs or ac couple pkgs. refrigerated little smokies sausages, pour into a crockpot, and douse w/ a bottle of bbq sauce and a jar of grape jelly. Serve when hot, stirring well to combine.

Sweet & Sour Kielbasa: In a crockpot put cut up kielbasa, BBQ sauce and grape jelly. The same with Meatballs except use ketchup and grape jelly.

Kielbasa and sauerkraut. Tastes good hot or at room temp, so it's a good choice for a work party.

Ham, mashed sweet potatoes, asparagus, and a holiday bread pudding.
