Decent movie to watch tonight in theater?

I am planning on watching a movie tonight (1/2/09) along with my wife. What movie would you recommend?

Thanks.

Slumdog Millionaire is by FAR the best movie out. No questions asked. You really should not miss out on this movie, it should win numerous academy awards and if it doesn't, who cares, because it will be remembered as one of the best movies of the decade. There's not one bad thing about that movie that I can think of. It was perfect!

Hoenstly I wouldn't watch any of the them. In my theatre there is

Valkyrie---tom cruise is soo boring (in my opinion)

Marley and me --- If I want to watch a movie about a dog, I'll just stay right at home.

The Spirit---I've seen the trailers, Frank miller, you look like you could have done a better job

    Seven Pounds---what?? Will Smith...?

Four Christmases---Adam Sandler once agains does a substandard movie with funny voices...way to think out of the box dude.

So out of these movies I would say put your money on Frank Miller. The only thing it's got going for is the "art".

Depends. I have some on my list that aren't everywhere.

    1. Bolt

    2. Frost/Nixon

    3. Gran Torino

    4. Yes Man

    5. Marley and Me

    6. Role Models

4 of those probably aren't in your theater. Just pick the one you like.

My parents saw fireproof and said it really strengthened their marriage and how they view each other. Is it still out? (maybe at the cheap theatre)

I loved Austrailia - it is a love story, but set during war - lots of turns, and a nice ending. good for both sexes!

I saw Benjamin Buttons, and it was good, but very sad.

    benjamin button.

I like to go to rottentomatoes.com when finding a movie to watch. They give pretty good ratings on movies.

Slumdog Millionaire is supposed to be amazing also, but it's not playing where I live... Alaska.. blah
