How does movie stars get plastic surgery when you are not suposed to be smoking or a smoker. ?

We have all seen stars puffing away, yet they get plastic surgery all the time. What do they do, send them home with an oxgen tank?

    They also have a lot of money, when you have money.. you can pretty much get people to do whatever you want them to. And sometimes special effects are used to create the illusion of smoking.

    They have alot of money and some people will do anything for money. Not me though I'll only do 70% of things for money.

    Other than that doctors will do anything if there's enough money.
