does it ever scare you as to how many teens are trying to lose weight?
most of these girls are 12-15 and weigh barely or just over a hundred pounds and are under weight to begin with
they also ask questions regarding why their period stopped
it scares me and so do the people who give them ways to lose weight
in my day which wasnt long ago losing weight wasnt on our minds or even an issue
whats wrong with todays young teens

Yes it scares me too. Particularly as you say most of them are not even fat!. Then people give stupid advice like "just dont eat for couple of days, thats what i did" and all those other STUPID posts recommending acacia berries or wy something or other tea. I can remember growing up and i honestly never gave my weight a second thought. None of us were fat either. Seems these days kids are obsessed with how they look. I blame TV for that. All these shows where everyone is perfect and the only problems they ever have is with their boyfriends. Its ridiculous. I have two teenage daughters myself, so yes its hard to understand and i do worry for them. The world is so different now. Girls are so very critical of themselves. Its hard for them to live in a world where everyone is judged by their appearance.

Yes it does scare me. I don't have children, but if things keep going this way, i'll be to scared to bring a child into this world with all these warped ideas of what is the ideal 'look' and 'weight' is.
People need to stop worrying about what they look like and start living.

take a break from blue moon belgian white a 164 calorie treat and grab a miller genuine draft which is only 64 cals

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
