I think their meant for general detoxification, not specifically problems with the feet. I've never tried them , but I think they're a scam.

20/20 did a report on them. You should probably watch it before buying any of them.

I know two people that have tried them and yes they got really dirty the next morning but it didn't do anything. Again much like modern medicine results can differ.

60 minutes did a report about them around the middle of last year where they proved that it is a chemical reaction and there are no helpful cleansing aspects. I couldn't find the on online link about the 60 minutes show, but I did watch it. I provide another link to a health blog site.

Never hurts to try and find out.

Years working in the drug industry and as a chemical research technician, I can not see any reason why they would work better than a good soak in epsom salts. Not that I don't have confidence in some herbal remedies; I use many of them myself. Hot epsom salt foot soaks have been used for hundreds of years for helping heal the body and help impart a feeling of well being. Oh and it is very inexpensive and can be used to help grow healthy tomatoes when you are done soaking your bruised and tired feet.

Of course having not used the product myself I can't say positively it don't work.

I've fought in several tournaments in the past, and never did anything for this except adapt to the situation. My solution was shortening my stance, and lowering my center of gravity. I never really found it to be a huge problem, although I do remember encountering dusty floors on a few occasions, so I know exactly what you're talking about.

I have not used them but a relative of my wife has. She says the she feels better after using them for a few weeks. She did say that the pads started out almost black after being used. Withing a few days the pads were less dark after use. She swears by them. I might give them a try myself.
