I'm at my wits end with period?
Okay my period is extremely painful, and it seems like i have done everything. I aways use a heating pad,and I start taking aleve three days before it starts, I am also on birth Control, I also work out, get extra sleep, and take extra calcium about a week before along with reducing stress. It seems like I'm doing everything I can and still I have extreme pain. What more can I do? I'm at my wits end, I have also gotten tested for other things that might be wrong like endometriosis etc and have none of those.

You may need to try a stronger type pain medicine like one called Anaprox (an example only).
However, I would recommend getting another opinion to see what they think could be going on.
