Republicans- Are watching President Obama as closely as you watched Bush?

Bush was given a free pass to do whatever he wanted, no questions asked, for the first 6 years of his presidency and is responsible for doubling the nations debt to the $10.7 trillion dollars it is today despite what Republicans try to tell you.

They will say Carter and Clinton are responsible for the housing crisis we're in today. But if they were responsible then why didn't all of this happen on their watch instead of 30 years later? (Carter, 10 years for Clinton)

They say Bush tried to warn congress about the housing bubble. Why didn't he convince his republican congress that a change needed to be made like he sold the American public on the war on terror?

How did we expect the housing market to continue the way it was going with housing increasing up to 20% a year in some markets and yet salaries rising a mere 1.3% or less? How could a home buyer make the payments on their home when their adjustable rate mortgage was "scheduled" to increase 80% in 5 years? The mortgage company would push these instruments down the public's throat and tell the home buyer that they can re-finance once the rate increases and since they will have more equity in the home due to the house increasing in value, they can qualify for a flat 30 year mortgage. People trusted these men and women, these so called "experts" and now are suffering because of it because they were lead astray.

To answer your question, No, Obama is being watched much more closely than Bush ever was.

I heavily wish you're being facetious! Bush gained the main scrutiny from the media, extra advantageous than the different president that I even have been alive to witness (5 btw). Ever time I opened my internet browser or grew to become on the information, there grow to be Bush being lambasted via the media and pundits. The coverage of the media grow to be in simple terms approximately completely unfavorable and solid him, to boot as all republicans, in a unfavorable easy.
