what to give for a wedding gift?

I have a relative that is getting married. They have been living together for many years and the bride is terminally ill. What would an appropriate present be? I was thinking of gift certificates for perhaps housecleaning services or spa treatments but would love to hear any other suggestions. Thanks

Massage therapy would be a great idea. If she's too ill to get out of the house maybe have a Massage therapist go to her place. I find massage therapy very relaxing and has helped many of my friends from many illness, back pains and surgery recovery.

Hope this answer helps. Good luck!

What about a honeymoon upgrade or an excursion for their honeymoon? Gifts that will create lasting memories are always welcome - candlelight dinner on the beach, upgraded room at their hotel, fine dining, boating, yacht excursions, etc.

Or, an experience day gift card for something like a hot air balloon ride, couples massage, cooking classes, wine and cheese tasting lessons or anything they will enjoy. Check out www.experiencedays.com for more ideas.

    Good luck!

Actually I love your ideas! I would only add maybe a hair salon gift card? Or an in home massage?

I defiantly do like the spa idea, or maybe you could help out with their honeymoon. Like maybe pay for their hotels cost.

They are great ideas, also gift cards in general then they can choose what they really need.
