why? b/c they taste good and it's authentic unlike the americanize junk you get at the fast food chains etc.

I doubt if they're authentic, but I love General Tsao's chicken, extra spicy, because I love spicy and crunchy foods. I also love hot and sour soup, extra hot, because in addition to adoring the spiciness, I love the different textures.

Interesting that there are so many thumbs down on a simple opinion poll. Must be a slow day in R&S and Poltics :)

I like Peking duck with the pancakes and plum sauce. My favourite is lamb with ginger and spring onion. I'm not sure why but my tastebuds just water just writing this down!! (-:
