What kind of lily do I have? Or is it even a lily?

I live in Florida and was given a 2 year old potted plant, described as an Easter lily, at the end of last summer. It consisted of nothing but 2 opposing long tapered leaves, spring green in color. Last month, a stem shot up and produced 2 opposing pink and white flowers that looked like trumpet lilies. After they faded, I now have 3 new long tapered leaves growing from between the original two leaves.

I thought true lilies had very multiple short tapered leaves growing all up the stem, no?

Can anyone help me identify what I have by my despcription? I sure wish I had photographed it while in bloom. :-(
