Is it normal for a flywheel to wobble? If so, how much is acceptable? If not, what could be the causes?

You shouldn't be able to feel it in the clutch pedal. It is most often call be slipping the clutch too much, such as starting off squealing tires or driving with a foot on the clutch,

The cure is to remove the trans, remove the clutch plate and have it turned on a lathe to make it flat again.
