how to lose belly fat(stomach fat) quickly...???!!!!?

i am a 17 yr old boy and i weigh around 75 kg.my height is 5 ft 8 inch.

i want to get rid of my belly fat as quickly as possible....my friends suggest me to go to a gym bt since i am a student,i get don't get so much free time.

can you please suggest me a way to lose belly fat quickly by simple methods.???!!!

    High King. Your name is fantastic.Can you follow following instructions?

    1) In the morning prepare a cup of tea in water with tea powder, honey, few lemon drops. No sugar at all and no milk

    2) After 15 minutes ( after your toilet) drink one glass of water and do jogging in the house or veranda of hostel if you are in hostel.Also some yoga exercise.Sleep ulta and raise your legs upward and downward for ten times.

    3) Take light nasta like bread, biscuits etc after 15 minutes of jogging

    4) At about 1PM or as per your time take.any food in alittle quantity except junk food.

    5) Eat fibre fruits like apple, peru or any fruits more during dinner at 1PM.

    6) In the afternoon only tea with milk with two biscuits only

    7) In the night at about 8PM take khichadi. dal-bhat etc light food

    8) Before you sleep drink gud (joggery) water one glass.

    9) No smoking under any circumstances

    10) No non veg. food at all

    I know you will find these ten commadments difficult But If you determine your mind then your bell y will surely reduce.

    My friend the only way to loose weight successfully and permanently is to workout and eat healthy. well lets put it this way walking for an hour burns no more than 220 calories, where as a kilogram of fat has over 7000 calories. So even if you were to walk for an hour a day it will take you almost 3 months just too loose 1 kg of fat. Also you can not take of fat from a certain body part by working out that part particularly.     There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

    1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

    2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

    3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

    So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

    I am a girl 14 yrs old and i weigh 70 kg .i tried whatever people told me to do but I couldn t .i joined the gym but that wasn t enough so I tried this.i put around my stomach "cling wrap" and I did squats and I started dancing . I did something that has movement . After I am done i put my hand on my belly and I found it so set that means i aw sweating .i danced and walked and did squats without "cling wrap" but I didn t sweat like this .this was better .and also water makes u lose calories ,so minimum drink 2.5 L in one day .if you can drink more ,it i so good

    Eat the right kind of carbohydrates. This includes whole grains, fruits and vegetables and excludes processed sugars.
