As good as any other place. If the home life is not good no place is a good place. I have found that no matter where you are if you raise your child in a good church he/she will turn out well. Parents who are really involved with their children make up for a lot.

I was in Iowa this summer doing disaster relief work though my church and was talking to the mayor of Waterloo. He offered me a job and to be honest if it was not for the winter I would have had trouble turning him down. (I'm from the South). The people are great and I fell in love with the town. So yes I think I could raise my 2 there if not for the winters.

As any other place I guess: to a child parents are far more important than the place where he lives.
