I personally believe this and it has been proven in many studies.

    ****************************

All illness involves a recursive interplay of biological and psychosocial influences.Emotional and interpersonal distress contributes to a wide range of physical symptoms, lowers physiological immunity and can hasten death. Serious Illness/disability are often accompanied and exacerbated by anxiety, confusion and depression.

There is a huge link there.

Every time, I go to the doctor, I dread what she will tell me. In the last year, I have been more and more mad, and sad that I have more health issues that my whole extened combined.

    Asthma,

    Multiple Scleorsis

under active thyroid for the last 3 months and now

    Diabetic.

I am so mad, I can't function or concentrate.

But I am trying .... I've joined a gym and going on my own so I am trying

yes-and it's been shown in many studies that there is a link as well. in general, the more negative you feel the less healthy you are.
