    i changed them on a neighbors S10 and i know the plug your talking about, it,s a bear to get to so i had to use a swivel to get to it.

    Those are a pain.

    If the plug hasn't been in there too long you can pry the steering shaft just far enough to get a socket on it and use a end wrench to break it lose, then use a hose that fits snugly to the plug to finish removal.

    Keep in mind that if you put a small jack under the engine with a 2x4 or such on it you can gain a little more clearance with out taking the motor mount loose.

    use a short extension or a deep socket with a jointed adapter to break free then remove by hand.

    use long extention and universal (wobble) joint, gain access through wheel well lift up rubber shield behind tire and you can see plug clearly
