I just took 3500mg of acetaminophen (apap) at once, am I gonna be okay?
Took it without realizing. I know the maximum is 4000mg, but that's a daily limit, not one dose. What will happen? Will I turn yellow or are the warnings for long term high dosages?

You'll be absolutely fine. You'll probably pee extreme yellow for a week or so but you'll physically be ok.

Within first 24 hours of overdose......nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,appetite loss, sweating, irritability. In the next 24 to 72 hours.....liver damage causing upper right abdominal pain, yellow eyes and skin, dark urine, confusion, low blood sugar, bleeding.

You need to call your local poison control NOW! You can seriously damage your liver -- to the point of irreversible damage. You may feel fine now, but the symptoms of overdose can take up to 24 hours to come on.
