how you release your stress?

i have lots of stress but i dont know how to release it~

    I suggest you to think why you're stressed...

    Anywhow I already know the answer. We're stressed because we're weak. We need God to help us. Only in Him we could be strengthened to walk this life.

    Pray to God honestly...of your problem...God knows you more than you do...

    God loves you...no matter what...

    I pray for you to find both courage and comfort in God...

    Jesus Is the Way to the Father

    1Jesus said to his disciples, "Don't be worried! Have faith in God and have faith in me. [a] 2There are many rooms in my Father's house. I wouldn't tell you this, unless it was true. I am going there to prepare a place for each of you. 3After I have done this, I will come back and take you with me. Then we will be together. 4You know the way to where I am going." 5Thomas said, "Lord, we don't even know where you are going! How can we know the way?"

    6"I am the way, the truth, and the life!" Jesus answered. "Without me, no one can go to the Father. 7If you had known me, you would have known the Father. But from now on, you do know him, and you have seen him."

    8Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father. That is all we need."

    9Jesus replied:

    Philip, I have been with you for a long time. Don't you know who I am? If you have seen me, you have seen the Father. How can you ask me to show you the Father? 10Don't you believe that I am one with the Father and that the Father is one with me? What I say isn't said on my own. The Father who lives in me does these things.

    11Have faith in me when I say that the Father is one with me and that I am one with the Father. Or else have faith in me simply because of the things I do. 12I tell you for certain that if you have faith in me, you will do the same things that I am doing. You will do even greater things, now that I am going back to the Father. 13Ask me, and I will do whatever you ask. This way the Son will bring honor to the Father. 14I will do whatever you ask me to do.

    The Holy Spirit Is Promised

    15Jesus said to his disciples:

    If you love me, you will do as I command. 16Then I will ask the Father to send you the Holy Spirit who will help [b] you and always be with you. 17The Spirit will show you what is true. The people of this world cannot accept the Spirit, because they don't see or know him. But you know the Spirit, who is with you and will keep on living in you. 18I won't leave you like orphans. I will come back to you. 19In a little while the people of this world won't be able to see me, but you will see me. And because I live, you will live. 20Then you will know that I am one with the Father. You will know that you are one with me, and I am one with you. 21If you love me, you will do what I have said, and my Father will love you. I will also love you and show you what I am like.

    I have a punching bag. May seem a little over the top, but it really does help me get out stress. Working out tends to do a lot for you, both mentally and physically. I also pray a lot when I'm under stressful situations. It is the best way to calm down, but sometimes it does not get all of the stress out. Don't get me wrong, I am a very devoted Episcopalian and I occasionally pray several times a day.

    find out why your so stressed to begin with and stop doing that.

    I lived in a horribly stressful situation for years and had all sorts of problems due to stress. From heart palpitations, to ulcers, to my hair falling out (in my early twenties). All of the stress reducers were ok like exercise I found very relaxing etc etc. But they were all just temporary solutions the only real solution is eliminating what was stressing me out from my life. I moved across the country and have never been happier and it's pretty miraculous how quickly all those problems went away..

    Some things that help me are to:

    If you know what is causing the stress, begin to take small manageable steps to fix the specific problem.

    If you are feeling stressed and are not sure why, distract yourself by keeping busy, Yahoo Answers, reading, hobbies, exercising, friends.

    I use to stress a lot, so much so that I couldn't sleep. Then started learning about meditation. It helped me relax, and now I never stress about anything. It feels like my life slowed down by like 80%.

    1) Don't think negative,

    2) Keep ur mind busy with good thinking,

    3) Think that u r not the only person to carry whole stress,there r many others,so let them to carry it,

    4) Spend time with ur friends and relatives,

    5) Laugh loudly if u can...!!!

    look for hobbies outside get plenty of fresh aire, take your mind off what going on to stress yourself, keep active, keep focused on what matters , try not to sweat the same stuff, put it into prospective,ask yourself if a problem is not life threatening, don't stress learn to have control by channelling your energy positively

    whilst i grew to become into at college I had an extremely solid buddy who hastily grew to become into an entire B****h. i attempted to proceed to be pals along with her yet could not wait to end secondary college. Even tried speaking to her and different pals in regards to the subject yet to no avail. I joined a swimming club. Made brill pals with the aid of this and found that swimming grew to become into very calming for me. in step with probability connect a club or some thing you have an interest in and decrease this female out of your existence as much as a threat.

    What you can do :

    ~go outside for a walk

    ~listen to music like Swan Lake (really helps!)

    ~drink a cup of tea

    ~sing like you never did before

    i find release from stress in Prayer to the LORD GOD. it never fails to calm me and relieve my cares and woes.
