My six year old cat has gotten sick in the past week, she has eaten only a small amount each day, and she will?

only drink a small amount, and tonight she threw that up, she acts like she always has, so no change there. I was hoping to try to figure this out, I can't afford to have a bunch of tests done either, and then end up having her put down.

when the eating and drinking habits change or decrease, something is wrong. it's not healthy for your cat to not drink. she will get dehydrated and even sicker, which will result in to higher vet bill. (or worse) please just take her in now for the vet to check her out. ($40 for the visit) there might be something wrong with her intestines or maybe a dental issue going on. at least you will know what is wrong and where you stand on how you can afford it. talk to the clinic, most will help with paying half now, and half in a couple of weeks. the sooner the better for the cat and you. good luck! and hope everything works out ok.
