my cat had kittens last year and one of the kittens wouldn't suckle from the mother. they will not live long without eating. If you have the time and dedication you can bottle feed them. It takes a lot of work to nurse them yourself. Round the clock feedings just like a newborn baby. Go to your local pet store and buy something called KMR(Kitten Milk Replacement). It saved my cat's life 9 years ago. You just have to feed the kittens every 2-3 hours, by syringe. They will be fine if you do this.
