I suffer from repetitive hamstring strains, both legs. How can i prevent and cure it?

I suffer from it sometimes after excercise but not always. The pain goes after 2 - 20 days. Been suffering from it in the last 8 years...

I'd really appreciate your advise.

    i feel your pain brother. You should try some stretching excercises before doing any type of excercise. Also you can use icy hot packs. It'll relax your muscles. Or if your willing to take ice baths. It's a bit uncomfortable but in the long run it'll be worth it.

    Along with those exercises that the first answer gave you, see a Neurologist about your leg and they give injections to actually improve that area, because that issue is so common.

    Get a foot massager or ask your well being care expert if there is drugs to handle it.attempt taking the bus service or take turns with your colleagues who stay close to you to carpool, to stress the vehicle.
