Acer Aspire Laptop Crashing!!!?
Acer Aspire 5520.
After buying it everyone told me that acer really wern't that great but it seemed okay until and few weeks ago and it constantly shuts down, by which i mean it just turns its self off when its been on after an hour or two.
Few questions...
If i go to Pc world to take it back, will they exchange it or will i have to have it sent for repair (i bought it in august)
Also before I have a go at them could this be caused by a virus etc on my laptop.
Help would really really be appreciated!!

When i'm using it it just crashes. So it's PC world I should get in contact with? I really have no clue :(

It's under warranty and they will either send it for repair (most likely) or exchange it.

Acer is horrible, i had one b4 and it always shut off on me just randomly, also the keys were falling off the keyboard, overall horrible quality of a laptop. so many problems.

i had the same problem
they will send it for repair
but mine had to go back 4 times ,
they reformated, new hard drive, still came back the
same
on the 4th time they admitted they couldnt fix it, so i ended
up with a new replacement.
they do use a courier service though !!!

Is it turning its self off when idle or when in use? Is it a set up problem?
