Why are these stocks rising ?.?
Take a look at LIZ, MGM, ETFC, JNY. Why are these stocks rising in price?. LIZ announced a incredible 4 QTR loss of $800+ million. What is the reason, were they really at the bottom that people are buying them because so far that have not performed and are expected not to perform.
So when LIZ jumps by 14% in a day, what is the flaming reason & are they expected to retreat?.

(1) One important lesson to learn is that almost every stock has a very strong correlation with the market in the short term. If you are buying or selling on Fundamentals, instead of price action, then you should expect to hold your position for a long time (2 months at the very minimum, but often longer). The market is still in rallying mode, although the momentum is slowing.
(2) Many stocks have been beaten down horribly in the last year, and nothing goes down forever.
(3) Stocks are priced based on the future, not the present, so the investors in those companies expect things to imporve (get better, or at least less horrible).

the present day run up brings the averages lower back to the mid February point. The 20 % appreciation is often an illustration of a top in a undergo industry rally. it would be clever to have a extra physically powerful share of money or money equivalents. no remember what incredibly happens, you're unlikely to omit your probability reenter the industry with an identifiable backside put in. further, there'll be sectors that are real leaders of the industry that may carry the final industry forward. Too Early.
