What the best way to get rid of a bruise?
On my leg there is bruise and it hurts a lot. I have no idea how I got it on my leg but recently I noticed that I bruise very easily and I wanted to know is there a way I can get rid of it and is it a serious matter that I bruise so easily.

If you just got it, ice works great! When I got a bruise, I iced it right after, and it got better in a day or two! (It was a really bad bruise.)
Also, if you start off with ice, heat it after then ice then heat, and so on. Switch it out for an hour a day until it gets better.
