How do I make my boss realize that between my 32 smoke breaks, 2 hour nap & Yahoo, I don't have time for his?

I hate people like that. How does that bastard expect you to get your work done while he is bothering you? I bet half the time you spend doing your spreadsheet is spent dealing with him huh?

You should just start emailing and calling him while he is on lunch. Bug the hell out of him while he's in meetings too.
