What are the symptoms of a slipped disc, and how long will it hurt for?
My back is really hurting, my "***" muscles are as well, thinking its a slipped disc, can someone help please.

yeah it is defiantly down my left hand side, lower back, my leg has had twitching and pain, thats why i was thinking Slipped disc, it is really painfull.

A slipped disc can be symptom free. If it causes pain, it is primarily due to the pressure on the nerve roots, the spinal cord or the cauda equina. The treatment will typically mean a brief period of bed-rest with appropriate painkillers. the more you rest the quicker the recovery expect the pain for about 7 to 10 days.

usually its associated with pains down your leg as well
it sounds like you have pulled a muscle rather than slipped a disc
